These terms are provided for basic business disclosure and are not legal advice.

These terms explain the basic rental conditions for requests submitted through Utah Camping Gear Rentals.

Rental requests

Submitting a rental request online does not automatically guarantee gear availability. Travis reviews each request and follows up to confirm, modify, or decline it. Same-day pickup and return requests are charged as one rental night.

Pickup and meetup requests

Standard pickup is at 4648 W Palmer Drive, Suite A, West Valley City, UT 84120. Customers may call 801-755-2311 to arrange a meetup location when available. Meetup requests may include an added fee.

Payment, agreement, and card on file

Payment is completed in person at pickup. The renter agreement and card-on-file process for damages are also completed at pickup.

Customer responsibilities

• Return gear on time and in the condition received, with reasonable wear expected.
• Use fire, cooking, propane, and campsite equipment only where allowed and in a safe manner.
• Check current campground rules, fire restrictions, weather conditions, and local restrictions before use.
• Pay for damaged, lost, late, or unreturned items according to the rental agreement completed at pickup.

Availability and changes

Inventory, prices, pickup details, and service availability may change. If a problem affects a rental request, the rental team will contact the customer using the information submitted with the request.
